What this Agreement Covers

This Agreement governs your use of the XT Designs website (the “Site”) and its associated service (the “Service”). The Service allows customers affiliated with:
(i) institutions of higher education, fraternal organizations, honor societies, and other collegiate groups;
(ii) corporations and small businesses;
(iii) primary and secondary schools; or
(iv) other qualified organizations,
to design and purchase custom merchandise related to their affiliation. By accessing or using the Site and Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and agree to use the Site and Service exclusively as outlined here.

Turnaround Time

Standard Turnaround: 7-14 business days from the time your order is finalized and approved. Standard turnaround excludes additional services such as tag printing or specialty inks, which may add to the timeline.
Specific Deadlines: Notify us when placing your order if you have a specific deadline (see “In-Hands Date”). Delays in order approval (beyond 24 hours) may extend your turnaround time.
Rush Orders: Orders requiring a faster turnaround are subject to rush fees:

  • Rush (3-5 Business Days): +10% to shirt price
  • Super Rush (2 Business Days): +25% to shirt price
    XT Designs is not responsible for missed deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, power interruptions, vendor shortages, or acts of God. If potential delays arise, we will notify you promptly and work toward a resolution.

Payment Methods and Terms

A 50% deposit is required before starting the project. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or prior to delivery/shipping.
Accepted payment methods: company checks, Zelle, cash, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. Third-party payment methods may incur processing fees.

Artwork Creation & Ownership

Artwork created by XT Designs is transferred to you with full ownership and copyright upon final payment.
Designs you provide must be owned by you or the rightful owner. XT Designs will not reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs without proper authorization.
Art Approval:

  • One free revision is allowed after receiving your initial mockup.
  • Additional revisions will incur an Art Preparation fee.
  • Changes to approved artwork may delay your order’s ship date.

Manufacturer Defects

XT Designs is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as garment inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, or other flaws. We recommend ordering 1-2 extra garments per size to account for potential issues.

Garment Policy

XT Designs does not accept customer-provided garments due to quality control concerns. Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances.
We are happy to source high-quality garments and can order specific items based on your preferences.

Garment and Artwork Satisfaction

While we strive to meet your expectations, XT Designs cannot guarantee satisfaction with garment or print quality. We recommend:

  • Ordering a blank sample for review prior to finalizing your order. (Note: Samples are non-refundable but can be applied to your final order.)
  • Conducting your own research to ensure your chosen garment meets your needs.

Order Minimums

Heat Transfer Printing & Embroidery: No minimum order required.
Screen Printing Minimums:

  • 12+ garments: 1-2 colors per design
  • 24+ garments: 2-4 colors per design
  • 36+ garments: 4-6 colors per design
  • 48+ garments: 6-8 colors per design
    Note: Minimums apply to identical designs printed across all garments.

Image Sizes

All garments in an order will use the same image size unless otherwise requested.
Printing near seams or collars may result in imperfections, which are considered acceptable.

Printing and Embroidery Sizing Guidelines

  • Screen Printing: Max size: 12” x 14”
  • Heat Transfer: Max size: 14” x 14”
  • Embroidery: Max size: 15” x 15”
  • Pocket Printing: Recommended size: 3” x 3”
  • Short Sleeve Tees: Max size: 3.5” x 3”
  • Long Sleeve Shirts/Joggers: Ideal size: 2” x 10”
    If your order includes a variety of garment sizes, inform us of the smallest size to ensure consistent design fit.

XT Designs specializes in screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer on:

  • Apparel: T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, activewear, etc.
  • Headwear: Caps, beanies, bucket hats.
  • Bags & Accessories: Tote bags, duffel bags, aprons, towels.
  • Corporate & Event Items: Uniforms, safety gear, team jerseys.

Seam, Collar, and Zipper Printing

Printing over seams, collars, zippers, or similar areas may result in minor imperfections, which are considered acceptable.

Care Instructions

  • Water-Based/Discharge Ink Prints: Wash in cold water; tumble dry low.
  • Plastisol Prints: Wash inside out; tumble dry low.
    Always wash garments before wearing.

Reorder Ink Color & Pantone Matching

Slight variations in ink color may occur between batches. For reorders, we will match colors as closely as possible.
Custom Pantone inks can be ordered upon request. Customers may opt to share or fully cover the cost of Pantone inks.

Printed Sample Policy

XT Designs does not provide printed samples but is committed to working closely with you to ensure your design meets expectations.
